Rapper Rod Wave, legally named Rodarius Marcell Green, has been charged with 14 criminal offenses, including aggravated assault and firearms violations, stemming from an alleged incident at his Georgia home on April 21. His attorney claims Green was a victim of a burglary and denies any wrongdoing, stating that evidence supports his innocence. The police investigation revealed a break-in, bullet casings, and damage to vehicles, with Green turning himself in and being released on bond the same day, as the investigation continues.
