A 2-year-old boy survived a fall from the 15th floor of a high-rise apartment in Maryland after landing in bushes and mulch, which softened the impact. The incident took place from a private balcony with protective glass, and although the child suffered traumatic injuries, he was taken to the hospital by a parent.
