A driver struck two children and one adult outside a preschool at Sunrise Presbyterian Church in Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina, in what authorities suspect may have been an intentional act. The suspect, identified as Justin Collin Adams, was apprehended after a five-hour manhunt, having abandoned his vehicle and was initially believed to be armed. Fortunately, the injuries of the victims were less severe than anticipated, with one child and one adult hospitalized while the third was treated on-site.
