Stagwell to acquire ADK Global | News

Stagwell has announced its intent to acquire ADK Global, an integrated advertising and marketing solutions firm with a focus on branding, creative development, and media planning. The acquisition will expand Stagwell’s regional staff count to over 2,000 team members across Asia-Pacific markets and will not include ADK Holdings Inc., which will remain independent. The acquisition period is set to commence immediately and is expected to be completed within the next 60–90 days, with ADK Global expected to remain operational and intact under the Stagwell network.
