Spider-Man: Brand New Day may feature Tombstone as the main villain

A new rumor suggests that Tombstone will be the primary antagonist in the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day trilogy, shifting focus away from Wilson Fisk. The film, scheduled for release on July 31, 2026, will explore Peter Parker’s life after a four-year absence, as he navigates adulthood and confronts new threats in New York City’s criminal underworld. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the film features Tom Holland as Spider-Man alongside a supporting cast that includes Jon Bernthal and Zendaya.
