Raiders' Crosby needs ankle surgery; season over

Despite initial hopes for recovery, Crosby will miss the rest of the season and focus on rehab for the 2025 season. The Raiders have received trade inquiries for Crosby, but owner Mark Davis has adamantly stated they will not trade him, as Crosby, entering the prime of his career at 28, remains a valuable asset for the team.
