Solicitors for the family of Rebecca Browne, who was killed by a Garda car, plan to seek a judicial review of the DPP’s decision not to prosecute any members of An Garda Síochána. The family, represented by Madden & Finucane Solicitors, expressed outrage and disappointment at the lack of consultation and transparency in the decision-making process. Gsoc was notified by the DPP that there would be no prosecution, prompting the family to challenge the decision through legal means.
