Snoop Dogg picks Mass’s Mary McAvoy to advance on ‘The Voice’

Mary McAvoy, a former New England wedding singer from Walpole/East Providence, won a singing battle on “The Voice” against Michael Alexandersson. Chosen by Coach Snoop Dogg, she impressed with her vocal range and advanced to the next round. Moving forward, she will receive help from Sting as a Mega Mentor on Team Snoop.
