Sergio Garcia has rejoined the DP World Tour in pursuit of a European record-equalling 11th appearance at the Ryder Cup, paying outstanding fines and serving a suspension. The 44-year-old, a previous record points scorer at the event, aims to match Lee Westwood and Sir Nick Faldo’s benchmark at the upcoming Ryder Cup.
