Senegal: Assistant Secretary Phee’s Travel to Dakar Biennale

Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Molly Phee will travel to Dakar, Senegal from November 2-8 to participate in the Dakar Biennale, along with Director Kevin Young. The United States is a Guest of Honor at the festival in 2024, showcasing works by U.S. artists exploring cultural connections with Africa. Phee will also lead a commercial diplomacy delegation to enhance U.S. investment and commercial ties in Senegal.
