Grayson’s trial took place in Peoria due to pretrial publicity, and he faces a prison sentence ranging from four to 20 years. During the incident, Grayson claimed to feel threatened by Massey, despite his partner testifying that Massey posed no danger. Massey’s family will have the opportunity to speak in court during the sentencing hearing.
