Seamec wins $57m DSV charter

Seamec has secured a long-term charter from Safeen Al Behar for the DSV Seamec Swordfish, worth $57.4m for 730 days, with extension options for Saudi and UAE waters. The Mumbai-based company purchased the vessel from James Fisher and Sons for $24m in 2022, where it had previously worked in the Middle East for Zamil Offshore and Mermaid Subsea Services.
