Saquon Barkley signs 2-year contract extension with Eagles, per reports

The Philadelphia Eagles are signing running back Saquon Barkley to a two-year, $41.2 million extension, making him the highest-paid running back in NFL history. The deal includes $36 million guaranteed and $15 million in incentives. Barkley joined the Eagles last year after spending six seasons with the New York Giants, where he had a successful first season, rushing for over 2,000 yards and helping the team win Super Bowl 59.
