Sapura Energy, a Malaysian offshore services company, has announced that its chairman, Datuk Mohammad Azlan Abdullah, and group CEO, Datuk Mohd Anuar Taib, will leave their positions in the fourth quarter of the current financial year. Mohammad Azlan will step down from his chairmanship in end-January 2025, while Mohd Anuar will leave his role as group CEO and executive director at the end of 2024. Shahin Farouque Jammal Ahmad will become the new chairman of the board, and Muhammad Zamri Jusoh will take over as group CEO on March 1, 2025.
