SAPS nabs 95 suspects and recover vehicles and firearms

Between October 11 and October 17, Rapid Response Services in Gauteng arrested 95 suspects, recovered 49 motor vehicles, and seized eight firearms. Operations included concentrated efforts, vehicle checkpoints, and patrols leading to 44 arrests for serious crimes like assault and armed robbery, as well as 34 drug-related arrests. Investigations are ongoing, with suspects facing charges in local magistrate’s courts across the province.
