Derek Carr is set to return for the New Orleans Saints after missing three games due to an oblique injury, with head coach Dennis Allen confirming he will start against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Despite rookie Spencer Rattler starting in Carr’s absence, Jake Haener will serve as the backup. Carr, who has thrown for 989 yards and eight touchdowns this season, aims to provide leadership and support to his team, which has struggled with a six-game losing streak.
