Fighting
- Ukrainian drones targeted a tanker in Rostov-on-Don, causing casualties and a fire, while also striking the Slavyansk oil refinery. Russian attacks on Zaporizhzhia injured 26, including a child. Ukraine claims control of nearly 90% of Kupiansk, countering Russian assertions of control, while Russia reported capturing Herasymivka.
Peace deal
