Auckland Ferry Building Evacuated Due to Fire and Smoke

The Auckland Ferry Building was evacuated after smoke was observed around 12:30 PM, coinciding with strike action by the New Zealand Professional Firefighters Union. Ferry passengers and emergency services gathered outside the iconic structure on Princes Wharf. A staff member from Fullers360 reported that there was a fire inside the building. The incident is currently under investigation as emergency measures are enacted.
