Romanian man arrested after DHL warehouse fire caused by suspected Russian device

A 38-year-old Romanian man has been arrested at Stansted airport by Metropolitan police in connection with a fire at a DHL warehouse in Birmingham in 2024, believed to be caused by a suspected Russian incendiary device. The fire at the facility in Minworth was investigated by counter-terrorism police, with no reported injuries. The man is set to appear in court in July to face charges related to the incident.
