A man from Richmond Hill is facing multiple fraud charges for allegedly using an email scheme to swindle victims out of thousands of dollars by tricking them into believing they owed money and had received a large credit to their bank accounts. 31-year-old Xiao Su was arrested by York Regional Police after a search warrant at his residence recovered a significant amount of cash. Su has been charged with fraud and possession of property obtained by crime, with authorities suspecting there may be additional victims as the investigation continues.
