Revolut, a rapidly growing fintech company, has announced an initiative to enhance its working culture, coinciding with a significant profit increase of 148% to £1 billion in 2024. This surge in profits is attributed to a rise in subscriptions and revenues from its wealth and crypto trading divisions. Notably, the company has implemented an internal “Karma” system that tracks staff behavior, influencing decisions regarding bonus payouts, as outlined in its annual report.
