The revival of I Know What You Did Last Summer fails to innovate, relying heavily on nostalgia while offering a predictable plot and unlikable characters that embody shallow stereotypes. Lacking suspense and depth, the film becomes unintentionally comedic and ultimately serves as a hollow imitation of late ’90s slashers, making it a forgettable experience.
