The Chiefs will be without left tackle Josh Simmons for an extended period due to a dislocated and fractured wrist sustained during a recent loss to the Cowboys. He is set to undergo an MRI to assess treatment options and is currently considered out indefinitely, having exited the game in a cast. Simmons, the No. 32 overall pick in this year’s draft, had previously missed games for personal reasons but returned to start the last three matches. Jaylon Moore is expected to fill in at left tackle during Simmons’ absence.
