Rajnath launches 75 border infra projects in 11 states and UTs | India News

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated 75 border infrastructure projects worth `2,236 crore across 11 states and Union Territories, with a focus on areas near the borders of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and the Northeast. The projects include 22 roads, 51 bridges, and are spread across states like J&K, Arunachal Pradesh, and Ladakh. The highlight was the opening of the Kupup-Sherathang Road in Sikkim, showcasing the Government’s commitment to bolstering border infrastructure for socio-economic progress in these regions.
