Québec solidaire to pick Ruba Ghazal as female spokesperson

Québec solidaire delegates will officially designate Ruba Ghazal as the party’s female co-spokesperson during a special online congress this weekend. Ghazal, the national assembly member for Mercier, is set to succeed Émilise Lessard-Therrien, who resigned last spring due to conflicts with male co-spokesperson Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois.
