A 31-year-old man, Riki Lum from Hamilton, has been charged with the manslaughter of Paige Johnson, a deaf and blind pedestrian who died after being struck by Lum’s motorcycle on June 15. A second man faces charges for allegedly disposing of the motorbike after the incident, during which Lum reportedly fled the scene.
