Independent director Fraser Whineray criticized former colleague Christopher Luxon, stating that Luxon entered Parliament with a vast network of contacts ready to assist but has not utilized these resources effectively. Whineray, who succeeded Luxon as chair of the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council, highlighted this missed opportunity during his transition from CEO of Air New Zealand.
