Russian President Vladimir Putin met with President of the National Medical Research Centre for Endocrinology Ivan Dedov at the Kremlin. Meanwhile, a close ally of Putin, Nikolai Patrushev, claimed that Ukraine will cease to exist as a country in 2025, citing reasons such as alleged neo-Nazi ideology and Russophobia. The UK Ministry of Defence reported Russian forces applying pressure on the Ukrainian town of Velyka Novosilka, while UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer pledged ongoing support for Ukraine during his visit to Kyiv.
