Mohammed Maneer Khan, 38, known as Manny and linked to Wolverhampton, is wanted for the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Duaine Mills in Leicester Street. Police urge the public to report sightings of Khan while a second victim remains critically ill in the hospital after the attack early on September 19, 2025.
