An Auckland car dealership and its related entities, Vehicle Direct Ltd, Auto Trading Ltd, and Auto Compliance & Repairs Ltd, have entered liquidation, owing creditors over $5.7 million, primarily to Westpac NZ, which claims about $3.1 million. Mohammed Jan of Liquidation Management Ltd has been appointed liquidator, and Westpac has appointed receivers over the companies’ assets.
