The Prince of Wales arrived in Estonia for a two-day visit to strengthen ties with Talinn and show support for UK troops at Nato’s border with Russia. Prince William met with Estonia’s president and is visiting as Colonel-in-Chief of the Mercian Regiment, attending a handover ceremony at the Tapa Army Base where British forces are stationed to defend Nato’s eastern flank. Estonia’s defense minister emphasized the importance of their response to Russia’s hostile actions in the region during the visit.
