The UK parcel delivery company Yodel has been acquired by Polish parcel locker firm InPost for £106 million, resulting in the creation of the third largest independent delivery business for online retailers in Britain. This takeover will increase InPost’s market share in the UK from 2% to 8%. This acquisition follows InPost’s earlier takeover of UK logistics company Menzies Distribution in October of the previous year.
