Police say guns, currency stolen from Chilliwack home

In Chilliwack, a home on Lyardon Road was broken into over the holidays, resulting in the theft of up to 25 guns and a significant amount of Vietnamese dong. The break-in occurred between Christmas Day and Friday, with two vehicles suspected to be involved. Chilliwack RCMP are urging those in the currency exchange business to report any suspicious exchanges involving large amounts of Vietnamese currency and to contact them with information at 604-792-4611, quoting file 24-55860.
