Police vehicle involved in accident with cyclist along Keppel Road, officer assisting with investigations

SINGAPORE: A police officer is under investigation after allegedly leaving the scene of a traffic accident involving his police vehicle and a cyclist on June 6. The 30-year-old officer from the Special Operations Command returned to the scene upon being informed by Traffic Police, while the injured 41-year-old cyclist was hospitalized. The officer is being investigated for driving without due consideration and has been removed from driving duties.
