Plane crash in Colombia kills 15, including local lawmaker

A small plane operated by Satena crashed in rural Norte de Santander, Colombia, on Wednesday, resulting in the deaths of all 15 individuals on board, including local lawmaker Diógenes Quintero and congressional candidate Carlos Salcedo. The flight, which took off from Cúcuta and was headed to Ocaña, lost contact with air traffic control shortly after departure.
