Flash floods and landslides kill 16 people on Indonesia’s Sumatra island

Flash floods and landslides have resulted in at least 16 deaths and six missing individuals in North Sumatra province, Indonesia. Rescue teams are actively searching for survivors in four affected areas, using excavators and manual labor to locate victims.
