Both directions of Karel Avenue remain blocked between Roe Highway and Farrington Road, with the eastbound exit to Karel Avenue also closed. Another crane will be necessary to recover the overturned vehicle. Main Roads WA has advised commuters to seek alternative routes due to heavy congestion in the area.
