Scientists from the UK and Germany have identified four personality types of ChatGPT users based on a survey of 344 participants, published in The International Journal on Networked Business. The categories are: AI Enthusiasts (25.6%), who embrace AI for deep interactions; NaΓ―ve Pragmatists (20.6%), who use it for simple tasks; Cautious Adopters (35.5%), who weigh pros and cons; and Reserved Explorers (18.3%), who are skeptical and cautious about data privacy. These types reflect users’ motivations for engaging with AI rather than their inherent personalities.
