Harrison Barnes’ ironman streak ends with Spurs

San Antonio Spurs forward Harrison Barnes had his impressive streak of playing in 364 consecutive NBA games come to an end when he was sidelined with a sore left ankle during a pregame nap. Coach Mitch Johnson decided to rest him for the game against the Philadelphia 76ers, which the Spurs won 131-91. Barnes has played in 60 games this season, averaging 10.2 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game, while the Spurs hold the second-best record in the Western Conference at 44-17.
