People held at UK asylum centre sue government for human rights breach

At least 250 asylum seekers detained at Manston in Kent are suing the government for unlawful detention and other rights violations, including a woman who had a miscarriage, a child misclassified as an adult, and a teenager who was a victim of torture and trafficking. They were kept in unsanitary tents during overcrowding and infectious disease outbreaks, with some facing serious health and identity issues.
