Pastrnak, Swayman lead Bruins out of skid with 5-1 win over Hurricanes

In a much-needed victory, David Pastrnak led the Boston Bruins to a 5-1 win over the Carolina Hurricanes, snapping a 10-game winless streak. Pastrnak recorded a hat trick and two assists, while Jeremy Swayman made 39 saves for his 100th career win. Morgan Geekie and Elias Lindholm also contributed with a goal and an assist each for the Bruins. Despite being outshot, Boston dominated with hits and blocks, ending their longest losing streak in 15 years.
