Pasadena shelter closes, Duarte shelter opens for Eaton fire victims

Eaton fire victims from the Pasadena Civic Auditorium complex were relocated to a shelter in Duarte by the American Red Cross, as the complex was returned to the city of Pasadena. The shelter housed 250 people, and efforts were made to move remaining residents to a smaller building. The Red Cross is providing meals, mental health services, and assistance in finding permanent housing for the evacuees.
