Agreements, including those for the energy and trade sectors, have been signed during the two-day visit of the Iranian president.
During Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian’s visit to Pakistan, both nations signed agreements to boost bilateral trade to $10bn and enhance cooperation against terrorism. They also discussed border management and the potential for Pakistan to act as an intermediary to ease tensions between Iran and the US, amidst calls for peace in the region.
