Ontario is holding a snap winter election on Feb. 27, 15 months ahead of schedule. Eligible voters must be 18 years old, live in Ontario, and have Canadian citizenship. Voter information cards will be sent out between Feb. 17-22, with details on where to vote. Voting can be done in person, by mail, or in advance, with ID and proof of address required. Students, out-of-province residents, and those with medical needs have options for voting. Additionally, there is a formal process to decline a ballot.
