Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old electrician, is accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, during an event at Utah Valley University. Following his arrest, a restaurant owner in Panguitch, Utah, reported that Robinson dined alone at their establishment the night of the murder, exhibiting quiet behavior. Robinson allegedly fired a shot from a rooftop, fatally striking Kirk, and fled the scene. The FBI has investigated the restaurant tip, but has not confirmed if the card used for payment belonged to Robinson.
