Three supertankers carrying oil have exited the Strait of Hormuz as tensions between the U.S. and Iran remain high. The vessels, including the Liberia-flagged Serifos and two China-flagged tankers, were able to pass through a trial anchorage that bypasses Iranian control. This movement comes amid ongoing disruptions to global energy supplies due to Iran’s blockade, with hundreds of tankers still awaiting transit through the strategic waterway.
