Heavy rains in Argentina kill at least 15 as dozens reported missing, officials say

At least 15 people have died in Bahía Blanca, Argentina, due to heavy rains causing flooding in the city. Dozens are missing, including two girls and two adults swept away by floodwaters. Over 1,450 people have been evacuated, with 12 inches of rain falling in recent days and no rain forecasted for the next 72 hours.
