O.C. mom charged in daughter’s death lost two boys to drunk driving

Sandra Hernandez-Cazares, an Orange County woman, was arrested for the death of her 3-year-old daughter, Ily Ruiz, who was found unconscious in a sweltering car in Anaheim.
