Nearly 460 commercial driver licenses have been revoked in New Zealand following a crackdown on fraudulent activities, with all affected foreign drivers being born in India. Initially, NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) revoked 440 licenses after an audit in July, but the total increased to 459. Inconsistencies in documentation during the license conversion process led to these revocations, and affected individuals were instructed to surrender their licenses. Notably, none of the converted licenses were from India.
