The number of snakes removed from this Australian yard will make you shudder

In Sydney, Australia, a man called Reptile Relocation Sydney to remove over 100 red-bellied black snakes from his backyard mulch pile, where pregnant snakes had gathered to give birth. Snake catcher Dylan Cooper bagged 102 snakes, including 97 offspring, with experts attributing the rare event to safety reasons, habitat shortage, or hot weather triggering birthing. The snakes were released into a national park, after one snake had bitten the man’s dog the previous year, and efforts were made to prevent a return of the snakes next year by removing the mulch pile.
